Our Story

This is the story of how I'm trying to help the person I love turn her passion into something real.

Where it all began

Luna grew up surrounded by weaving. It was something her family had always done — passed down through generations, taught by hand, learned by watching. Some of her earliest memories are sitting beside her grandmother, watching patterns take shape on the loom, each one inspired by the constellations and the stories behind them.

As she got older, that love for astrology and craft never left. It grew. She started creating her own blankets — zodiac-inspired, handwoven pieces that carried meaning in every thread.

Taking the leap

Eventually, the pull became too strong to ignore. Luna quit her job to pour everything into what she loved — weaving constellation blankets full-time.

She gave it everything. Every blanket designed, woven, and packed by hand. Every detail intentional.

But nobody knew LunarLoom existed. There were no sales. No orders. Just beautiful blankets stacking up with nowhere to go.

I watched the excitement slowly drain out of her. The late nights at the loom turned quiet. She started questioning everything — whether she'd made the right choice, whether anyone would ever care about what she makes.

I couldn't just watch

I'm not a weaver. I don't read horoscopes. I couldn't tell you my rising sign if my life depended on it.

But I know Luna. And I know what these blankets mean to her. I wasn't about to sit there and watch her give up on something this beautiful.

So I built this website. I picked up my phone and started filming her blankets. I'm learning content, social media, all of it — from scratch. I don't really know what I'm doing yet. But I'm figuring it out.

Where we are now

I'm going to be honest — we haven't made a single sale yet.

Luna is still weaving. I'm still filming. And every day we're both hoping that someone out there connects with what she's made.

We're not a big brand. We're not pretending to be. We're two people — one who creates something genuinely special, and one who believes in her enough to fight for it.
